  I needed to take action with my health and fitness and was looking for something different other than the standard gym environment, which I tried over the years and decided that it wasn't for me. At Primal I find the classes challenging, fun and they are always different, which keeps me interested and coming back for more. This the only gym I have consistently attended for over a year now. The Primal trainers are very friendly, always helpful and know their stuff! They constantly surprise me with their fitness and nutrition knowledge. Always a great motivating atmosphere in the Den! Highly recommended!

  The instructors are cold and not very interactive and supportive. The blonde girl was so rude and gave me attitude when i tried to explain something!! They don't watch you properly, even though you're new, and don't watch if you're doing the technique right. When they do watch No supervision and support what-so-ever even if they see you're doing the exercise wrong. I had other members tell/show me when they saw me doing it wrong. Out of other fitness centres of similar style they are not warm here. The atmosphere is not warm and inviting. Very bad customer service, and you can NEVER get a hold of them via phone or email! Terrible! Instructors need serious training on how to be polite, warm and supportive! Good routine and concept, but fitness centre I'm at now is worlds better. Think twice bout Primal.
