    DO NOT order from Design Twins. I placed my first TRADE ORDER for two pots on the 17th March, it’s going on 11 weeks now and I still have not received the order. I have called multiple times and no one picks up the phone and I have sent emails to follow up delivery and now to cancel the order and get a full refund, NO REPLY. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in the trade.
